Refund policy
Diavita products have a 30-day return policy period. If the 30 day period has been expired, unfortuantely a refund or exchange will not be offered. Items eligible for exchanges or returns must be unused, with tags, and original packaging. if the item does not fit these requirements it is not able to be deemed eligble for a return or refund. However, unforunately we understand sometimes things don't always go exactly perfect in the production process!
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for Diavita products are only eligible if the item is damaged or faulty. Please email us at info@diavitaproducts.com.au or contact our social media’s via Instagram @diavitaproducts with a photo and description of the issue with your product. Buyer is expected to pay for return postage unless the item is proven faulty. Products defined as faulty include; holes, incorrect logos or marks. Diavita Products are happy to exchange purchases instead of refunds.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you desire an exchange for an item in a different size, we are happy to offer a full return of the product for a new one. As well, if there is a change of mind regarding the products purchased, we are happy to organise in store credit in return of your item. The buyer is expected to pay for return postage and postage of the new item back. If the item is faulty, all postage is covered by Diavita given that the item is proven faulty (an emailed photo to info@diavitaproducts.com.au or our instagram @Diavitaproducts.
WARRANTY
If any of your Diavita products purchased within 1 month have any faults inclusive of tears, holes, stitching faults, please contact Diavita products via our email or Instagram and include photos and description of the issue with the product. Although only high quality fabric and reputable manufacturers are utilised, Diavita Equestrian understand mistakes can happen being around horses, isn't always the best for clothing! We guarantee that for any issue that arrises with your Diavita products we will offer full support to help resolve the problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@diavitaproducts.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is dective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
