Standard Shipping

Diavita aims to post your items as soon as we receive your order. We will send you and email and tracking number as soon as your items are on their way to you.

Out of Stock Products

Whilst we make every effort to maintain a current stock level on our web site, occasionally items can be ordered almost simultaneously by multiple customers. In this case, the first order received shall be fulfilled and we will contact any additional customers and advise expected delivery times. Should this be inconvenient for you we also offer to cancel the order.

Incorrect Shipping Details:

Your delivery address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped. If you've made an error in your address please contact us immediately via live chat or email us at info@diavitaproducts.com.au

Please take care to enter your delivery address carefully at the checkout. It is the customer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should the wrong address be entered, whilst we will do our very best to help, Diavita Products is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Re-delivery to an address due to incorrect details or if the recipient is not home may incur additional costs to the customer.
